Peach Butter Bread Pudding is a classic Southern comfort dessert made even better with Sweet Home Peach Butter. Stale bread soaks up a lightly spiced custard, while dollops of peach butter melt into every bite. Baked until golden and served warm, this easy dessert is perfect for holidays, potlucks, or cozy nights at home.

Ingredients

6 cups stale bread cubes (French or brioche work well)
2 cups milk
½ cup heavy cream
4 eggs
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Sweet Home Peach Butter
Whipped cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Add bread cubes and gently toss until fully coated.
Let the mixture soak for about 15 minutes, pressing the bread down occasionally.
Transfer the soaked bread mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Dollop spoonfuls of Peach Butter evenly over the top.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, until set and golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
