Ingredients

• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• ¼ cup Sweet Home Chipotle Pepper Hot Sauce
• 8 small flour or corn tortillas
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
• 1 cup diced tomatoes
• ½ cup diced red onion
• ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
• Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

1. Season shrimp evenly with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
4. Pour Chipotle Pepper Hot Sauce over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Remove from heat.
