Creamy, refreshing homemade ice cream made with bold, fruity Sweet Home Red Muscadine Juice. This classic Southern-style frozen treat is perfect for summer gatherings, holidays, or anytime you want something truly special.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled Sweet Home 100% Red Muscadine Juice
- 1 quart half and half (light cream)
- 3 cups sugar
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 cups whipping cream
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, whipping cream, and half and half.
- Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer for 1 minute, or until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add muscadine juice and lemon juice, then beat until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a 1-gallon ice cream freezer can.
- Freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.
