Fireball Glazed Ribs
Ingredients:
2 racks of baby back ribs
Sweet Home's Upside Down Pig Fireball Glaze Barbecue Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 300-325°F).
2. Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they're tender and cooked through. Make sure to flip them halfway through cooking.
4. Once the ribs are almost done, brush them with Sweet Home's Upside Down Pig Fireball Glaze Barbecue Sauce and continue cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
5. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
