Instant Pot Bloody Mary Pasta is a fast, savory dish that brings tomatoes, spices, and depth together in one easy meal cooked in an Instant Pot. Inspired by the flavors of our Sweet Home Bloody Mary Mix, this pasta is hearty, comforting, and perfect for busy nights when you want something a little different.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 1-2 large bell peppers (any color), diced
- 1 medium red onion, diced

1 1/2 - 2 lbs andouille or any smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch disks (or quartered if thick)
- 3 cups Sweet Home Bloody Mary Mix
- Juice of 1 lemon or lime
- 1 lb pasta
- 1 (approx 14-oz) bag frozen pearl onions
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese blend (optional)
Instructions

Add butter to the Instant Pot. Select Sauté on High.
- Once melted, add celery, bell peppers, and red onion.
- Sauté for 3 mins, then add sausage and sauté for another 3 mins.
- Pour in Sweet Home Bloody Mary Mix mix and lemon/lime juice. Stir well.
- Add pasta, but do not stir. Press down with a spatula to submerge mostly. Top with frozen pearl onions.
- Secure lid, seal, and cancel sauté. Select Manual/Pressure Cook on High for 6 mins.
- Quick release when done.
- Add cheese (optional) and stir until melted.
- Garnish as desired.
