Muscadine Pepper Jelly Glazed Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
1. 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2. Olive oil
3. Salt and pepper to taste
4. 1/4 cup Sweet Home Foods' Muscadine Pepper Jelly
5. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
6. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
7. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
8. Crushed red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
5. In a small saucepan, combine Sweet Home Foods' Muscadine Pepper Jelly, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
