Ingredients

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 cup Sweet Home Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• Lime wedges, for serving
• Chopped fresh cilantro, optional garnish

Instructions

1. Season the chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together Mango Habanero Hot Sauce, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic.
3. Pour half of the sauce mixture over the chicken, reserving the remaining sauce for basting.
4. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
6. Grill chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, until cooked through.
7. During the last few minutes of grilling, baste with the reserved sauce.
8. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
9. Serve hot with lime wedges and garnish with cilantro if desired.
