Ghost Pickle Cheeseburger Sliders

Juicy cheeseburger sliders topped with bold, spicy Ghost Pickles for serious flavor and heat. Perfect for game day, parties, or anytime you want a slider with attitude.

Cook Time: 8–10 minutes
Total Time: About 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 slider buns
8 slices cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
8 slices Sweet Home Ghost Pickles
Condiments of choice (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise)
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices

Instructions

Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Divide ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape into small patties.
Season patties evenly with salt and pepper.
Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheese and allow it to melt.
Lightly toast slider buns on the grill or skillet.
Assemble sliders with lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun, followed by the cheeseburger patty.
Top each with a Ghost Pickle slice and condiments of choice.
Finish with the top bun and secure with a toothpick if needed.
