Moonshine Pickle Potato Salad
Ingredients:
1. 2 lbs potatoes (such as Yukon Gold or red potatoes), boiled and diced
2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
3. 1/4 cup sour cream
4. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
5. Sweet Home Foods' Moonshine Pickles, diced
6. 2 tablespoons pickle brine
7. 2 green onions, thinly sliced
8. Salt and pepper to taste
9. Paprika for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
