Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground chicken or turkey)
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup Sweet Home Bloody Mary Mix
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, to taste)
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Hamburger buns, for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
