Our Sweet Home Moonshine Hot Pineapple Salsa combines bright pineapple flavor with a kick of heat for a bold, crowd-pleasing condiment. It’s perfect as a dip, taco topper, or finishing touch for grilled meats and seafood.

Ingredients

• 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
• 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
• 1/4 cup diced red onion
• 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 2 tablespoons Sweet Home Moonshine Hot Sauce
• Salt to taste

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
2. Drizzle lime juice and Sweet Home Moonshine Hot Sauce over the mixture and toss until well combined.
3. Season with salt to taste.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Serve as a topping for grilled fish, chicken, or tacos, or enjoy with tortilla chips as a zesty salsa.
