- 1 tablespoon olive oil or other cooking oil

- 2 sturdy sandwich rolls or buns, split
- 2-4 tablespoons Sweet Home Mild Chow Chow or Sweet Home Hot Chow Chow
- Optional: Lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, or mustard for extra toppings
