This Bacon & Egg Breakfast Pizza brings together everything you love about breakfast and brunch in one irresistible slice. Sweet Home Maple Bacon Jam adds a rich, smoky sweetness that pairs perfectly with fluffy eggs, crisp bacon, and gooey cheese. It’s easy enough for weekends at home and impressive enough for brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

1 prepared pizza crust or dough (12-inch), or 1 flatbread crust
⅓ cup Sweet Home Maple Bacon Jam (plus more for drizzling, optional)
6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, patted dry, and crumbled
5 large eggs
1 tablespoon milk or heavy cream (optional, for fluffier eggs)
1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
2 tablespoons green onions or chives, sliced (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or sliced jalapeños

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. If using pizza dough, pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes (or follow package directions) so it stays crisp under the toppings.
Cook bacon until crisp, then pat well with paper towels to remove excess grease. Crumble and set aside.
Whisk eggs with milk (if using) and a pinch of salt and pepper. Scramble in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until just barely set — they’ll finish cooking in the oven.
Spread Sweet Home Maple Bacon Jam evenly over the crust as the sauce.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the jam, then add scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and the remaining cheese.
Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden.
Top with green onions or chives, and red pepper flakes or jalapeños if desired.
Slice and serve warm.
