Traffic Jam Thumbprint Cookies

A warm Southern-style cookie with simple, sweet, down-home goodness.

Ingredients

1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 – 1/3 cup Sweet Home Traffic Jam

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix dough:
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add vanilla.
- Mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
Shape:
- Roll dough into small balls (about 1 inch).
- Place on a baking sheet and press your thumb in the center.
Fill:
- Spoon a small amount of Sweet Home Traffic Jam into each thumbprint.
Bake for 12–14 minutes.
