Optional Add-In: Peaches 🍑

If you’d like to add extra fruit to your Peach Butter Bread Pudding, peaches are a natural addition and work beautifully with the peach butter.

  • Fresh peaches: Peel, pit, and slice 1–2 ripe peaches. Best in late spring and summer when peaches are in season.
  • Canned peaches: Use 1 cup sliced peaches, well drained. (Packed in juice or light syrup both work—just drain thoroughly.)
  • Tip: If using very juicy peaches, pat them dry slightly to avoid excess moisture.

How to use:
Gently fold peaches into the bread mixture before baking, or layer them between the bread cubes for pockets of fruit throughout the pudding.
