A simple, elegant appetizer that pairs the rich creaminess of brie with the sweet, wine-kissed flavor of our Sweet Home Muscadine Wine Jelly. Perfect for parties, holidays, or charcuterie spreads.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • ¼ cup Muscadine Wine Jelly
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut puff pastry into 1.5–2 inch squares and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Gently press the center of each square to create a small well.
  4. Add a cube of brie into each well.
  5. Spoon ½ to 1 teaspoon of Muscadine Wine Jelly over the brie.
  6. Brush pastry edges lightly with egg wash for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffy and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
