Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- ¼ cup Muscadine Wine Jelly
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into 1.5–2 inch squares and place them on the baking sheet.
- Gently press the center of each square to create a small well.
- Add a cube of brie into each well.
- Spoon ½ to 1 teaspoon of Muscadine Wine Jelly over the brie.
- Brush pastry edges lightly with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffy and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
