Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Home Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Carefully remove the yolks from the halved eggs and place them in a bowl.
  2. Mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the mayonnaise, Sweet Home Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
