Southern Glow Martini Mocktail

Crisp, citrusy, and alcohol-free—your zero-proof White Muscadine Martini!

Smooth, crisp, and quietly elegant, the White Muscadine Martini Mocktail brings classic martini sophistication to a zero-proof pour. Lightly floral White Muscadine Juice stands in for vermouth, balanced by bright citrus and subtle botanicals for a drink that’s refreshing without being sweet and refined without being fussy. It’s perfect for cocktail hours, dinner parties, or anytime you want something alcohol-free that still feels elevated.

Flavor Profile: Clean, lightly floral, citrus-forward, and dry.

Yield: 1 serving
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz alcohol-free gin or botanical spirit
  • 1 oz Sweet Home White Muscadine Juice
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 2 dashes orange or aromatic bitters (optional)
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist or green olives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass until ready to serve
  2. Fill a shaker with ice
  3. Add the alcohol-free gin, white muscadine juice, lemon juice, simple syrup (if using), and bitters
  4. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled
  5. Strain into the chilled martini glass
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist or green olives and serve immediately

Adaptations

Extra-Dry: Reduce the white muscadine juice to ¾ oz and omit the simple syrup.
Dirty: Add ½ oz olive brine and garnish with olives.
Herbal (No Spirit): Replace the alcohol-free gin with 2 oz cold-brewed juniper, rosemary, or green tea.
Light & Sparkling: Top with 1–2 oz chilled sparkling water for a softer, spritz-style martini.

Serving Tip: Serve immediately in a well-chilled glass for the crispest experience and consider freezing the lemon twist or olives briefly to keep the garnish extra fresh and visually striking.
