Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Home Apple Cider
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ice cubes or ice sphere
  • Apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add Apple Cider, caramel sauce, and cinnamon to a small mixing glass or metal cocktail shaker (no ice).
  2. Stir well until the caramel is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Fill a rocks glass with a single large ice sphere (or large ice cubes).
  4. Pour the mocktail over the ice.
  5. Garnish as desired or serve with a half caramel + cinnamon sugar rim.

Caramel + Cinnamon Sugar Dip

  • 2 Tbsp turbinado sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • (Optional: tiny pinch of nutmeg)

How:

  • Dip rim in caramel.
  • Tip: For an elegant and less sticky rim, don’t fully coat the rim — just dip half the rim.
  • Roll in cinnamon sugar.

Why it works:

  • You get caramel flavor and warm spice — very “Southern dessert in a glass.”

Other Serving Tips

  • Add fresh cranberries or pomegranate seeds for a colorful, decorative touch.
  • Float thin apple slices or a citrus wheel on top for an elegant look.
