Moonshine BBQ Meatloaf

A comforting classic meatloaf finished with a bold, slightly sweet Moonshine BBQ glaze—perfect for family dinners or cozy weeknights.

Cook Time: 55–60 minutes
Total Time: About 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients

1½ lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely diced
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup Sweet Home Moonshine Barbeque Sauce , divided

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Stir in ¼ cup Moonshine Barbeque Sauce until just combined.
Transfer mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape evenly.
Spread the remaining Moonshine Barbeque Sauce evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 55–60 minutes, or until cooked through.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
