Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 2–3 tablespoons syrup from the candied jalapeños (to taste)
- ¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Optional: sliced green onions or chives, for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and spreadable.
- Stir in chopped Cowboy Candy and 2 tablespoons of the syrup until evenly combined.
- Fold in cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Taste and add more syrup if you want extra sweetness or heat.
- Transfer to a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow flavors to fully develop.
- Before serving, let the dip sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes. Garnish if desired.
